Who I am
My name is Brianna and I am the artist and owner of Breezy's Botanicals!
Breezy's Botanicals began in 2018 (although I didn't yet know that) when I took a botany class as part of my undergraduate degree in environmental biology. While taking that class I was taught how to collect and preserve plants and I fell in love.
I discovered a passion for the plants I was collecting and found them beautiful. Years after taking that class, and two degrees later, I was still collecting and preserving plants but didn't know entirely what to do with them. After creating a portrait of a rabbit for a friend, and a few inspired by my dog for myself, I decided to share my art and entered my first art show!
Now, a year after that first show, I have created dozens of custom pieces, preserved and showcased several beautiful bouquets from weddings, and continue to gather and collect plants around the Kansas City Metro Area.
